<![CDATA[Incredibly boring, flavorless, and entirely forgettable food. I can't understand why anyone likes this place. Seriously, you can clearly tell from the complete lack of taste that they don't use any seasonings at all. Also, expensive. Maybe a good place for sheltered white people who've never had a real burrito in their life, but I'd rather eat Taco Bell than go here a second time.

<![CDATA[I go to the one on Woodstock once a week and have never had a bad experience. I usually get the Che but branch out once in a while and get the special of the week. Only once did I truly hate anything I've ordered - it was a weekly special - and the staff was more than happy to replace it for no charge with something I'd like. Food is great, staff is friendly; a little overpriced but still really good food.

<![CDATA[I tried the burrito with the green chiles in it, no flavor at all. I had to dump hot sauce on it just to get some sort of feeling out of my taste buds. Just a bland tasteless burrito, way heavy on the rice. It seems that they cater mostly to non-carnivores which is fine but it makes me wonder how low of a standard vegetarians carry. Just a bland tasteless burrito....

<![CDATA[They charge $2 for a 80% full, very small (like serve yourself salsa to-go small) cup of Guac. Really weird about cutting cost and keeping things tight. Once when I was given my order I started to open it up and realised they messed up my order. I told them and they said well that isn't what you paid for. I said I understand but it is what I ordered and what I thought I paid for. They didn't budge. So rude..

<![CDATA[I love the 21st Ave location; it feels like an oasis. That said, the burritos are way, WAY overpriced. If I get a burrito with Tofu and a can of soda, it's $12 with tip (tip?). And the food does tend toward the bland. I hardly ever use hot sauce, but I had a full array of hot sauce on the table last time. Too pricey to be a standby.

<![CDATA[Laughing Planet is one of those places that is decent but it annoys me. Why do they have to weigh every ingredient? Why do I have to wait 10-15 minutes to get a burrito? If I really want a burrito there are a ton of places I'd rather go. Laughing Planet is really just OK and that's all.

<![CDATA[For almost 10 years now, whenever I need a little comfort food, I walk into a Laughing Planet and say "I'll have the special with tofu". If I'm not hungry enough for all that (even when I'm starving I can barely finish one of their burritos) I'll get a smoothie - PB&J, Farm Boy Tim, or Blue Suede Shoes. They're veggie friendly, always seem to use quality ingredients, and I like their unique combinations of flavors. Plus I like hanging out with Frank Zappa, Godzilla, and R. Crumb while I eat.

<![CDATA[Laughing Planet baffles me. It's over-priced, bland, and not even average. I get what they're trying to do. I really do. But...

It's like $8 and change to get a chicken burrito, with avocado and sour cream and all the fixins. Are you kidding me? If the burrito was actually good I wouldn't bitch. I went twice, will never, ever go back.

As are the oatmean choc chip cookies and the fruit smoothies...

<![CDATA[I live the che guevara wrap. It is awesome. The coffee - great. The vegan cookies that are always on the counter - yum! But, when I try other things on the menu, like the Indian themed wrap special the other day, or the chairman meow bowl... well, just okay. Find a couple of favorite things on the menu and you'll keep going back.

<![CDATA[Laughing planet keeps me coming back. It's one of those kind of hipster places but the hipster-types that work there are gebnerally really nice and some of them are way cute.

Burritos generally don't do a hell of a lot for me but I really dig the one with black beans and spinach. Also, there's a dish called the Soylent Green (not people) that is like pure health in a bowl and it's pretty much the best thing on the menu make sure to try both the mushroom and the cilantro pesto sauces and ask for extra 'cause they're stingy with them.
