<![CDATA[My boyfriend took me here for my birthday. Yum, gnocchi! I liked it a lot. Sort of small portions so if you are a big eater it is not the place for you. Ritzy/expensiveish. DESSERT IS GOOD! I will return to the Farm.

<![CDATA[In the past three years I've eaten at The Farm probably 15 to 20 times. The last 5 to 8 visits however have all been mediocre and I leave feeling practically cheated out of my money. You have to ask for salt and pepper shakers from your server, even though basically everything on the menu is grossly underseasoned. And the food quality is very inconsistent. Risotto, which used to be a favorite of mine, is now always undercooked. Fishes may be overcooked. Chances are the sauteed marinated mushrooms weren't marinated long enough and taste like nothing. And prices have gone way, way up recently. If you're spending 20 plus dollars for an entree, take your money and go somewhere better like Lovely Hula Hands. The Farm used to be so much better than it is now. P.S. Servers are nice, not mean.

<![CDATA[Unless you get there right at 5 pm or after 9 pm, you can expect to wait for a table but it will be worth it! They do not take reservations. I LOVE the food, the wine and beer selections, the drinks and the atmosphere. I feel GOOD eating here: everything is delicious AND nutritious, delectable AND wholesome. The portions are just right - you probably will eat everything on your plate (and even be tempted to lick it!) so don't figure on taking a doggie bag out. The Farm Cafe feeds your body AND your soul. On my last visit, we only had to wait about 30 minutes but enjoyed wonderful organic beer on the back patio. My fish was perfect, the greens tender, not bitter, with scrumptious lemony seasoning, and the unusual winter vegetable accompaniment was awesome. The people there are gracious and attentive.

<![CDATA[On my first visit to the farm, everything was perfect. Excellent food, great service, and a great place to bring a date. Every course was just amazing and the local, organic dishes are the right mix of simple and creative. My second visit was good, even considering our neglectful service and food that was just short of mind-blowing... regardless, the Farm remains one of the best restaurants I've visited in this town.

<![CDATA[Every time I've gone to The Farm, I've had a good experience. Sometimes I have to wait, either for my food or just to sit down, but the room is charming, the people are pleasant. And the food is always worth the wait!

It's priced right, the portions aren't huge and the wine list is full of nicely priced gems. There are a few "corporate wines" on there, too, if someone else is picking up the tab, but the lesser priced ones pair with the food well.

I'm there about once a month, sometimes more if I'm jonesing for their veggie burger!

<![CDATA[Granted, I have not been to the Farm in a while, but I found myself going there with some regularity at one point. I found the food to be really inconsistent. Sometimes wonderful and exactly right, and other times unheated gruel, like the crab risotto I ordered that came out not the least bit warmed. Yuck. Still, it is a quaint spot and I would suggest giving it a try. You might ge lucky, who knows?
