<![CDATA[If you go here (which you NEED to) and you don't order Dyer's Strada... you are robbing yourself of sublime happiness. Imagine breakfast lasagna. Now imagine me coming over to your imaginary breakfast lasagna and snatching it from you and eating it. Cause that's what i'd do. Grapefruit Mimosas, fresh coffee, great service, and the sweetest owner.. what more can you ask for? (no. you will not get a reach - around)

<![CDATA[Muddy's the most delicious breakfasts I've ever eaten. Something simple, like the oatmeal, arrives subtly varied every time I order it. And the perfect texture and peppery tang of their home fries is a constant surprise.

Oddly enough, they're still not one of those breakfast places that gets completely mobbed on weekend mornings, and the most I've ever had to wait is five minutes for a table.

Right now I'm living in Beijing, and it's winter time. The highest temperature this week was 12 degrees, and thinking about the last meal I ate stateside, a vegetarian burrito on the lawn in front of Muddy's with a delicious cup of coffee, always warms my heart.
