Most horrible experience eating lunch I've had in a long time. They were completely out of chicken and ribs, took 40+ minutes to get food.

Both waiters were totally put off, acted like jerks, and then completely messed up the order. Wrong plates everywhere, side dishes completely forgotten, NO consolation whatsoever. Plus they charged us for all the stuff we never got.

One of the waiters it turns out was the owner, and didn't seem to care when almost all the orders were wrong. Wow. Never again.

Pro: The sauce and BBQ is actually quite good.

Cons: Everything else.

Here for lunch with a group of four. Only three other people in the whole place. We waited a solid 40 minutes before asking where the food was. Both dude waiters were totally put off, acted like jerks, and then completely messed up the order. Wrong plates everywhere, side dishes completely forgotten, NO consolation whatsoever. Plus they charged us for all the stuff we never got.

By far, the worst service I've had in a really long time.

From the minute we walked in it seemed strange. A woman in hospital scrubs greeted us and told us to sit anywhere, although many tables were dirty, we hed just a couple of options. The service was not good at all. The woman who finally came to our table was rude and unhelpful, and had a nose sniffing habit to which I can only chalk up to either a terrible cold (in July) or a coke habit. Then halfway through our meal she was gone. The menu warned of pizzas being "carmelized" but our pizzas were burned. I was excited about this place being two blocks from my house, but I'm so disappointed and won't return.

The pizza is tasty. The setting seems okay at first, but when you sit down and look closer, for instance at your table cloth with stains, and then at the ants on the floor munching on dropped food, and then the spots on the glasses, the unfinished ceiling and finally the messy open dish area, it becomes quite the turn off. The overall impression I'm given is that the restaurant is hanging on by a thin thread about to break. I'd like to go back when there is more of a sense of pride to those keeping the place maintained in a clean and professional fashion, rather than the feeling of entering a dirty teenager's grunt pit.

Large windows and basic tables greeted us, with the wood-fired oven visible and providing a cozy atmosphere. The pizza is excellent with a smoky crust, a select list of veggie and meat options, and toppings such as fresh basil, housemade red sauce and South African chili peppers. The Funghi was great with a variety of mushrooms and white truffle oil. The Soppressata was a tasty Italian salami, much better than the usual pepperoni. Their salads were excellent with mixed greens, tasty toppings, and generous amounts, even for the 1/2 salad. The only disappointment was no BBQ on the menu, but we were told it may be coming back. We were there to check it out for a large group next month, and we'll definitely be back -- thank you!

When it started, Wildfire was a decent restaurant; however, it seems to be getting worse and worse as time goes on. The salad dressing is becoming more and more bland each time I visit, the owner's sarcastic attitude is a huge turn-off, and they rarely have more than half of the items on the menu available. The brisket is tender, but tastes like it's been microwaved and if you get more than an ounce of meat off of it, you're lucky. The quarter chicken is dry, and the beef bone is terribly tough. The pizza dough is bland and not very high quality, and the wine selection is far more limited than they would have you believe. I honestly tried to give it a chance, hoping that things would turn around, but this restaurant seems to be going downhill rapidly. I won't be returning.

The first time the pizza was ok but it took about 40 minutes and there wasn't anyone else in the place.

The second time it was a call in order but they claimed that they were "too busy" for take out at that time and they wouldn't be doing take out for the rest of the evening.

Sorry but that is freakin ridiculous.

Wildfire Pizza! I love their BBQ!!! It might be some of the best in the city. The help was very accommodating and made me feel very good about my Wildfire experience. This is definitely a great place for a business lunch or a double date (and Pix is just around the corner). MMMMM GOOD

A WOULD EAT BBQ FROM AGAIN!

Cant say much for the atmosphere but its not bad. The two lady's that have been working both times could use a course in "friendliness". Yeah... not very nice, witch is too bad because its a real put off and makes me not care to go back. I will go back because third times a charm but they better perk up or else! I just hate to feel like Im putting them out by being there.
