You want to be sure to hit this place during Happy Hour, from 4-6 or after 9:30 for their extensive "under $3" menu. I recommend the calimari.
In the evening, the place fills up quick with a cross-section of the Portland Metro Area, featuring a healthy dose of giddy groups of ladies ordering Spanish Coffees, the preparation of which requires some skillful acrobatics. Try and watch a couple different bar tenders - they all have their own style in the preparation.
