<![CDATA[Not too long ago I cherished the notion that I was too "rock and roll" to enjoy a yuppie-centric establishment like Ken's (seriously, check the website!)But, Portland, I was wrong. My first visit was an amazing combination of delicious goodies, kickass espresso, precocious service with a big smile, and yummy bread to nosh as I happily strolled home...seriously worth the money and slightly cheesy atmosphere. I was really surprised by the service, since I had read reviews that cited the wait staff as "snooty"...maybe a case of the pot calling the kettle black? Anyway, every trip since has been just as awesome, so give it a shot!

<![CDATA[Aahh Kens. I dont live in town anymore but when I do I often end up at Kens for one of the ridiculousy delicious french macaroons. Vanilla is by far my favorite but the raspberry is a close second. It tastes of fresh raspberries. I also had a warm croque that was spectacular as well. Delightful. Always busy, nice staff, willing to chat about the goods. Well worth the price
