<![CDATA[THE CAFE:
The Acorn is fairly small, it could be easily missed if not for the silver squirel smoking a cigarette in the window, the hand painted sign on the deck which depicts a owl eating a small rodent with a cup of coffee in his hand, and the wooden acorn hanging above the door.

THE SCENE: A bright bicycle vibe can be felt glowing around this cafe. Most of the Barista's ride their bicycles to work, customer bicycles are found inside the hall, and locked along the front of the acorns awesome outdoor deck.
you may also notice the attire of many Acorn customers consist of Dickie's cut offs, rolled up pants, knickers, and guys with shaved legs here and there.
Still Not bike friendly enough for you yet?
THERE COFFEE IS DELIVERED BY BICYCLE MESSENGER! "Courier coffee."

THE DRINKS/FOOD:
The Acorn is mainly a coffee shop, but they also offer a limited assortment of sandwiches, cookies and pastry's, and a few simple lunch items that can vary.
There cookies kick ass!
But this place really shines with its talented barista's and espresso.
Its the only coffee shop other than stump town I can get a outstanding cup of espresso.

PROS: Bicycle friendly, great coffee, great service, talented and friendly employees, outdoor deck, affordable prices,(Very affordable for the pearl)
great environment, very laid back and awesome.
CONS: People can smoke on the front deck, limited deck seating, small area, closed Sunday, closes way to early on weekdays between 6-7pm!
