<![CDATA[Really good coffee, really nice people. You get the feeling of being a local there, even if you only go in once in a while. Free internet rocks, and there is never a shortage of cookies. Extra plus, the back wall has an amazing mural painted by the most beautiful barista I have ever met. Oh yeah, and they now serve beer and wine.

<![CDATA[...and this place rocks even more because it is within walking distance. But even if this is not in your neck of the woods and you have to ride your bike or take public transport to check it out - it's worth it.

They make AMAZING mochas. Every time I've had a mocha at Stumptown, it's sucked. Never enough chocolate, and I'm no chocolate fiend. In fact I always get an extra shot of espresso wherever I go for the perfect blend of chocolate and coffee flavor but for some reason Stumptown NEVER puts enough in it. Plus, they're rude too cool for school hipster jerks. I don't need you to kiss my ass for the dollar tip, but don't work with the public if you HATE people. And the bad attitude is not funny or witty. It's silly and sad.

Refreshingly, the cute couple who run Seven Virtues (Misa and Mike) are always super friendly and remember me from visit to visit. They make polite conversation and seem to genuinely like their business and people.

Not only is the coffee great and local, but they have great vegan treats, fresh nyc bagels on a daily basis, great atmosphere and yummy vegan soup that changes on a daily basis.

AND FREE INTERNET!

I heart this place so much I wish I could marry it.
