Also, we had bought our tickets pre-sale through the band's website, but were a bit pissed to find The Roseland had claimed the balcony as "reserved seating" but would gladly collect an "upgrade fee" from us if we wanted to snag a seat. Whatevs.....
I usually dig this venue, as it's a fairly intimate venue. The seeming non communication between the fans, band, and the venue was a case study in how not to host an event.
