<![CDATA[A super solid show! It will have you near tears at times and laughing immediately after. All of the characters are beautiful executed by the actors, and it is not hard to find a connection with each of them. Even if you are not a theatre-goer, you will enjoy this show. Miracle Theatre is truly a gem in the Portland theatre scene, and this is a great example of the work they do. You won't regret attending!

<![CDATA[Outstanding -- ties the Arab Spring rebellions to the Mexican Revolution and Occupy Wall Street, showing how dictatorship and revolution rocks patriarchal families as much as oppressive governments. The cast developed this play through improvisations, and it's surprisingly funny given the theme. Great singing, too.

<![CDATA[The show is fabulous, and the commercial interruptions make perfect sense in the context of the larger work. It highlights substance over style. The singer chooses style over substance and it is an ultimate tragedy. The lesson is to grasp meaning over the fleeting surface pleasure of fame, fortune and false happiness!
