      <![CDATA[I saw this movie yesterday with my wife, the story is sad and very American,, the only characters I didn't like were the alleged "Artists" you see on the films poster, I wasn't sure what kind of artists they were, "performance?" They lived in a renovated, comfortable house without the trappings of being native Detroiters and didn''t share any of the loss and abandonment most natives there feel, I could have done without thier input but I guess you have to have whites in the movie.

      <![CDATA[I visited Detroit last year, it's hauntingly beautiful, check out Camilo Vergara's "American Ruins", it documents the decaying of Detroit and other left-behind American cities over a 40 year period with tons of gorgeous photographs.
