Pretty hard to see them coming at 40 mph or more from even a half a block away as you wait to pull out of or into a drive or change lanes.

I've heard people say, "I don't need my headlights on; I can see just fine." Idiots. Worse, DANGEROUS idiots.

p.s. turning on your high beams because one of your regular headlights is out doesn't count, it blinds. Asshole.
