      <![CDATA[There is used to be two places to throw your garbage at this apartment but Rachel Smith decided to remove one of the garbage can/container for some reason. So imagine having a 60 something unit with 2 and 3 bedrooms and using one garbage disposal, its not enough so when the container is full tenants don't have a choice to leave it close by the container, it should be a violation with the city some how, its not a healthy environment for the tenants or the surrounding neighbors !
