Restaurant Details

Not exactly a food cart, not exactly a restaurant. Aprísa, created from a used shipping container, is a model of sustainability from the repurposing of the structure, to the compostable takeout containers. All highly commendable but what about the food? Well, the fresh Mexican chow, from guacamole to salsas are all made in-house(... in container?) right in front of you. Enrtées like carne asada, shrimp, even pollo en mole come with rice, beans tortillas and a drink. Or you can have burritos, tortas, tacos and more made with whatever ingredients you choose, a la carte.
