Arvydas Sabonis Comes to Portland
SABAS!—Welcome home, Arvydas Sabonis. The greatest Blazers big man this side of Bill Walton is returning to Rip City to celebrate his well-deserved induction into the Basketball Hall of Fame. Despite Odenesque knees and ankles, the Lithuanian star came to Portland at age 31 and gave the Blazers seven years of excellence in the paint. Raise a shot of vodka in honor of the great Sabas. EAC
