A new pan-Asian restaurant arises from the figurative ashes of the former Bangkok Kitchen. The decor still leaves a bit to be desired but the food is a combination of Chinese, Japanese & Thai. Sushi rolls, Shzecuan dishes, Pad Thai and more are available, including several vegetarian selections.

The people here are so incredibly nice! Every time I come here and have finished my meal, the owner asks me "did you get enough?" and I get the sense that they'd offer to make me more if I hadn't. That's never happened though, because the portions are huge, and it's really quite good. I've tried a few things but would especially recommend the Hong Kong curry, which is wonderful and has a different flavor from what you might be used to at Thai places. They have bubble tea, too. The only downside is that they always have the music set to some soft rock station which can be a bit much sometimes. Otherwise, definitely one of the better choices in the SE for Chinese and Thai style food.
I came back from vacation and I cannot believe they were closed today and for the weekend! I was looking forward to eating there today for dinner. I miss their food.....Most of the food I've tried are good but I especially love the crab puffs, general tao chicken and the shrimp tempura. Now I don't know what to do until Monday.......
This was my first time visiting Portland and Portland is a very beautiful place. My friend invited me to eat at the Belmont Pearl Restaurant for lunch and I must say that the food was good and the price was even better. The staff was quick at getting our order and very friendly. They also stopped by frequently to see how we were doing. I highly recommend everyone to try this place. I absolutely cannot wait to go back to that same restaurant the next time I visit Portland!
i was been here the first time, everyone its so friendly. and the food its very great, this is the best in the town... i wish i can visit there every single day,they have so mANY CHOICE, HK, THai, viet, american style..i love it so much
We just finished having dinner from this place - they delivered it really fast! Beyond that, the service was very friendly, and they covered a wide variety of foods really well. This is among the best of this class of asian restaurant - well above appethaizing, Chopsticks and the like. Highly recommended.
