The fact that they call themselves a dive hits the nail on the head. Billy Ray's is a little joint with a good jukebox and snug seating. If you're hungry beware, they only offer microwavable sundries a la Hungry Man and Stoffer's. Pin Ball upstairs and a decent patio out back.
