Captain Picard Day
Zach Auburn, in a fit of inspiration while watching old episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation, decided Portland needed a Captain Picard Day. And Floating World Comics made it so. Art projects will be judged, and the winner of the art competition will receive over $200 in prizes.
