The newest addition to a small chain of Seattle based Tex-Mex restaurants (I guess you could call their gourmet cuisine SeatTex-Mex) is not to be confused with the hallowed indie hipster dive on Burnside (The Matador). If you go to one looking for the other, you will more than likely be disappointed. If you're going there on purpose, however, expect high-end Tex-Mex chow with fresh ingredients and over 75 kinds of tequila. Oh yeah, they have wine and beer too—but with over 75 kinds of tequila, who cares?
