The only thing in this place that outnumbers the TVs (tuned to various sports), is the number of beers on tap. Formerly called just the Bullpen the Cheerful version has new owners, allows smoking on the patio, and will soon have a full-on liquor license. Their proximity to PGE park assures sports fans can grab some suds and a snack before or after a game. The menu is pretty limited but, more than likely you're not going for dinner.
