This colorful Peruvian restaurant employs seasonal Northwest ingredients in making it's colorful dishes. A traditional ceviche is joined by a few other versions, a handful of appetizers range from beets to manila clams and entrées include quail, swordfish, hangar steak and goat cheese and pea ravioli. The wine selection includes several from Chile and Argentina as well as some local wines.
