With a name like Divine Café, you'd better be divine. That said, Divine Café is not a café at all, but rather, a food cart. This fact, however, does nothing to impede it from being divine, producing all manner of delicious vegetarian snacks and lunches.

But the real reason to eat here is the Holy Trinity of vegetarian sandwiches. The first of which is the BBQ Tofu. This thing has heft! Be sure to grab a couple of napkins, because you'll need them. A juicy, warm, tangy surprise awaits you with each bite.

Next up is the Smoked Tofu Sandwich. Less juicy than her squishy sister, this sandwich marries bold, smoked flavor with cooling avocado, tomato, and lettuce. The result of this contrast is a crisp, worldly tastiness. Thirdly and perhaps the rarest bird in the cage is the Tempeh Rueben. For those who may yearn to stray from the vegetarian fold on occasion, this sandwich is perfect. With grilled, marinated tempeh, sauerkraut, special sauce (Thousand!) and your choice of soy or dairy cheddar, you'd better find a place to lay down, buddy, because you're about to learn a new definition for holy visitation.

Sure, there are other things to eat at Divine Café, but as in any religion, the first thing you must do is find God. There will be plenty of time for potlucks and bake sales later. LC
