The name refers to the initials for the Italian wine control authority. So naturally, they have a fine selection of Italian wines (as well as beer, cocktails and grappa) to go with your meal. The food consist of the traditional Italian courses, the menu is fairly concise and will change with the local, seasonal ingredients available
