It's more than likely one probably doesn't consider an upscale mall in the suburbs when choosing a fine dining destination. Five-O-Three (the area code- get it?) would like you to change your mind about that. The name refers to their commitment to Northwest cuisine and local, sustainably sourced ingredients. The dining room is nice and comfortable without being stuffy and the open kitchen ensures there's nothing to hide.
