After a 1 pm talk and deshelling tutorial, chefs will prepare their dishes for onlookers (participants include Philippe Boulot of the Heathman, Vitaly Paley of Paley's Place, Cory Schreiber of Wildwood, and more), and the event will conclude with an announcement of the winner and a tasting of fresh Oregon Dungeness Crab. Wednesday Jan. 26 at Rogue Brew Pub and Blue Monk, Thursday at the Horse Brass Pub and the Portland's newest bar Acme (1305 SE 8th), Friday at Moon & Sixpence and Rose and Raindrop, and Saturday at Goodfoot and the Pilsner Room.
