Inspired by Michael Pollan's The Omnivore's Dilemma, this week's City Club Friday Forum will discuss the future of food in Oregon, with an emphasis on deconstructing meals served by local institutions. Speakers include the director of nutritional services at Portland Public Schools, the vice president of Ecotrust, and the president of New Seasons. AH
