Duh Kuh Bee in Beaverton was a popular place to trek to due to the homemade noodles and authentic chow. Now you can get those same noodles and more right in the heart of Portland. Frank's Noodle House specializes in a for of Chinese cuisine apparently rare (in the states at least) - fresh and not greasy. And did I mention those homemade noodles?
