Chefs from all around this ole city of PDX converge on Eat: An Oyster Bar once again this year for their annual Gumbo Cook-Off. Be prepared for Gumbos of all sorts made by some of Portland's best chefs. $5 tasting fee gets you the goods and also goes to benefit the Pacific Coast Shellfish Growers Association.
