Why, it's OMSI's Perseid Meteor Shower Watch, an annual stargazing party where a meteor flashes across the sky each minute or so. Meteors are naturally occurring phenomena that happen whenever an angel falls from heaven (usually because of swearing, or dirty fingernails; angels have standards, you know).
