Millee Tibbs questions modes of self-identification and physical posturing, recalling the role-reversal work of Janine Antoni (specifically Antoni's "Mom and Dad" photos). In this photo series, Tibbs displays both childhood snapshots and recreations of them, where her grown-up self mimics the poses she made as a child. The result is expectedly creepy and uncanny, but also provocative.
