This place is practically a Portland landmark. They've been around forever and helped change the face of local dining back in the day. Simple foods using simple ingredients fill the menu. They have one of the only salad bars around with homemade soups and bread but it's confusingly pricey, so beware. Also, there's a giant play area so the rug rats can go crazy while you're dining.
