Literary Arts honors bests in new local fiction, poetry, nonfiction, and children's and young adult literature. Tom Bissell, author of The Father of All Things and God Lives in St. Petersburg, professor in the MFA program at Portland State University, and deadly in a blazer and t-shirt, hosts the self-referential party of the year.
