PICKLE TASTING—We love the Dill Pickle Club because of learning, the thing it does best. But once a year, the group makes good on the crunchy promise in its name, hosting a “perfect pickle” taste-test fundraiser that challenges 10 local chefs to see what kind of briny masterpiece they can seal inside a mason jar.
