Like a traditional French brassierie, Pinot is open early with breakfast, then lunch, dinner and the bar is open until midnight or later. Serving practically every part of every kind of animal from the earth sea and sky withing it's upscale environs the Northwest twist on the French cuisine is apparent, so it almost goes without saying this place is probably not for the budget conscious or vegetarian.
