Birthing a play is messy, transformative and miraculous. You can watch it happen at Portland Center Stage's Just Add Water (JAW) Festival, where local playwrights put their newborns on the stage to see how they fare with a live audience. Sometimes it's great and sometimes you're looking for the nearest orphanage. Among other workshops today, rocker Storm Large sends her autobiographical one-woman show Crazy Enough into the cold hard world and you can witness the results, for free! PAC
