POW Fest
POW!—The Portland Women’s Film Festival (POW Fest) kicks off its fifth year tonight with a program of locally made short films at the Hollywood, followed by a beer and music-filled opening-night party. Then, throughout the weekend, they’ll be showing films made by women filmmakers. Go. EH
