The Milos Foreman film series at the NW Film Center continues... Jesus, this guy made some great movies! Tonight is his wildly entertaining and thoughtful period piece, Ragtime, in which a wronged black man is the spark that sets off a near-cultural revolution in the early 20th century. Plus, a retired James Cagney is brilliant as the conniving Commissioner Waldo. WSH
