Perhaps they don't carry all the salads of the world (although it would be pretty cool if they did) they do have a halfway decent salad bar that costs less than $5.50 per pound. If you don't want to go to all the trouble of creating your own salad, they have some pre-made along with a selection of hot Pan-Asian treats.
