The Sapphire is delicious looking and tasting. This lush, romantic, dimly lit bar isn't really a hotel, but they do create pretty amazing specialty cocktails and small plates of schmancy chow. Great place for after work drinks or a date -just don't let your date catch you ogling the sexy staff.
