They have such good bar food, I've gone there even without drinking a drink (I know, right?). But first and foremost, the Slow Bar is a hip bar, with giant booths, brick walls and frosted glass windows. It can get crazy some nights, and packed in beyond the seating, but damn good cocktails and one of the best burgers in town keeps people coming back.

For such a little bar, their food is really fantastic! I was blown away by their seared tuna salad. It's a little small, so go for lunch when it's not crowded.
best drinks, best food, best people. slow burger is the best burger in town. great manhattans, great crowd.
The best burger I've EVER had. Sexy red booths with high walls make your experience intimate and cozy. I love this place!
