You know how every new bar in Portland is like 10 times more well-designed than your apartment? Well here's yet another one. This one might just go to 11 though. This three-tiered, partially underground grown-up playground is defiantly a must see. From the patio to the fountain in the grotto to the fireplace to the pool tables to the balconies it's stylish and entertaining throughout. Oh yeah, they have food too! Small plates, soups, salads, and a handful of meaty entrées to compliment creative, stylish cocktails.
