In the location previously occupied by Taqueria Nueve, Tapalaya offeres a small-plate take on Creole cuisine (the name combines Tapas & Jambalaya). Expect: jambalaya, etouffee, po' boys, mac & cheese and numerous other modern takes on the culinary traditions of New Orleans.
