The former Alaskan fisherman who is the proprietor of the Deadliest Catch refurbished a vintage bus for his latin-style seafood restaurant located in the á la carts food pavilion. The specialty is the king crab plate but there is quite a variety including: fish tacos, ceviche and even some vegetarian options.
