The Bob White Theatre's been around since at least the '20s, and the building's been purchased by Nick Storie. Inside is a 525-seat theater, and they're hoping to hold music, dance, film, and theater events inside. Also included is an adjacent duplex and warehouse—which could possibly be turned into a black box theater as well.
