Yoko Hara & Seiichi Hiroshima

When: Wed., Feb. 2, 5:30-7:30 p.m., Thu., Feb. 3, 5:30-8:30 p.m. and Tuesdays-Saturdays, 10:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Continues through Feb. 26 2011
Abstract artist Yoko Hara's etchings are full of shapes and colors, built up with ink and needle on top of Hara's fine-line etchings. Meanwhile, Seiichi Hiroshima's mezzotint prints include shapes of insects and amphibians, patterned onto dark backgrounds, often resembling threadwork on traditional Japanese clothing.
