The Bosnian take on the pita is a bit different than what you may be used to. At this unique downtown cart the pita more resembles a pastry stuffed with ground beef, spinach or cheese, it's baked and served to you with avjar (the red pepper/eggplant spread so popular in Eastern Europe). Mio!
