I'm guessing she's angry about her husband's issues with potency and hasn't exactly been compassionate or supportive towards the guy as he struggled with that-which probably made his potency issues worse(the man may be wondering if she feels anything for him at all.

Looks to me as if there's a real question of whether this relationship should continue at all.
