The over earthy Fertile Ground festival aside, this production would have been much better if I had not eaten sushi prior to attending. Sushi was not a popular snack in 1920 America, and the aftertaste of my meal made the whole production feel… passé. I agree with Alison, the actors sucked, I’d have been better served by a breath-mint.
