Food & Wine magazine has named Castagna’s Matt Lightner as one of the country's best new chefs of 2010. The Western Culinary Institute grad has been making quite an impression in Castagna’s kitchen, having recently also garnered a James Beard award nomination for Best Chef Northwest. Personally, I’ve heard nothing but raves about his burger at Café Castagna.
