Tonight you can catch the Break Neck Betties take on Bend's dastardly Lava City Roller Dolls (go Betties!) in a supposedly friendly scrimmage. Doors open at 7 pm at the Hanger at Oaks Parks. Bring your own snacks (jerky!) and $5 will get you in—there's beer for sale. The afterparty's at Kelly's Olympian (426 SW Washington).

Also, there's a bit of bad news for the ticketless—Saturday's bout (Heartless Heathers vs. Guns N Rollers) is sold out. But the dedicated can roll on over to Kay's in Sellwood (6903 SE Milwaukie) or the Buffalo Gap (6835 SW Macadam) to watch it live via big-screen TVs.

The moral of this story: Get your tickets now for next weekend. Friday, April 16, the Rose City Rollers take on the hair-hoppers of Baltimore, the Charm City Roller Girls. (Don't be afraid to pull their teased hair, RCR!) Saturday, April 17, it's the Break Neck Betties vs. the High Rollers. And Sunday, April 18, it's the wee tough ones of the RoseBuds taking on Seattle's junior league.
